Harrah’s Resort Southern California announced Ryan Adams as its vice president of resort operations on Nov. 4, 2026, according to the Caesars Entertainment newsroom. Adams previously served as the resort’s director of food and beverage.

His new responsibilities cover hotel operations, culinary, retail, spa and guest experience initiatives at the California tribal casino resort.

Barrett cited Adams’ hospitality experience and collaborative approach in explaining his selection to lead resort operations.

Before joining Harrah’s Resort Southern California, Adams worked at Disneyland, Soboba Casino Resort and Pechanga Resort Casino.

The resort’s hospitality facilities include 1,087 rooms and suites across three towers, nine restaurants and an 11,000-square-foot spa. Harrah’s Resort Southern California is owned by the Rincon Tribe and managed by Caesars Entertainment.
