Rain Rock Casino Resort Hotel in Yreka, California, has selected QCI Resorts and QCI Nimble to support resort operations, player development and guest engagement, according to Indian Gaming.

The platforms will bring operational data and teams onto a shared system, intended to give the resort a more connected view of property performance. The system is also intended to support coordination among player development, marketing and guest engagement teams.

“Our goal is to give our teams the information and tools they need to work together and deliver a consistently welcoming guest experience,” said Kendra McPhail, marketing director at Rain Rock Casino Resort Hotel.

McPhail said QCI’s integrated approach would help departments connect insights and use them to coordinate service.

Ralph Thomas, QCI’s co-founder and CEO, described the selection as a step toward more connected resort operations.

“Resort operators need technology that connects every department around the guest experience,” Thomas said.
