Tyreek Hill’s latest recovery comments are drawing fresh attention to prediction markets, with Kalshi traders now heavily focused on whether the wide receiver returns to the Miami Dolphins, retires, or lands elsewhere in 2026.

According to the market, Miami or retirement is currently the leading outcome at 39%. The Kansas City Chiefs are next at 12%, followed by the Chicago Bears at 8%. The Las Vegas Raiders and New England Patriots are each at 6%, the Washington Commanders are at 3%, and the Atlanta Falcons and Los Angeles Chargers are each at 2%.

The market has generated just over $308,000 in volume and is set to settle on Dec. 31, 2026.

The renewed interest follows Hill’s public update on his recovery from a severe knee injury. Hill said it has been about 10 months since two surgeries and that he still lacks strength in his injured leg.

> “My left leg is the one that I injured. I have no power in my left leg, so I’m trying to regain all the power back in my left leg. But it’s one day at a time,” Hill said.

Hill also said he was told after the injury that he might never walk again, but added that he still expects to return.

> “The Cheetah will be back.”

For prediction-market followers, the key takeaway is that Hill’s medical outlook appears to be central to pricing. At age 32, he remains a notable name after leading the NFL in receiving yards with the Dolphins in 2023, but the latest update underscores why retirement is still grouped among the top outcomes in the market.

The Chiefs stand out as the top non-Miami team at 12%, while the rest of the field remains in single digits. That suggests traders see uncertainty not only around Hill’s health, but also around whether another team would make a move if he is cleared to play.

What to watch next is straightforward: any new medical update, roster signal, or public comment from Hill could move this market before its end-of-2026 settlement date. For readers tracking prediction markets rather than traditional sportsbook odds, this is a case where player health is directly shaping the board.
