Three California Native American Tribes are preparing to file a mobile sports wagering initiative this week. The proposal limits mobile sports betting to Indian tribes.
The California Nations Indian Gaming Association (CNIGA) and Tribal Alliance of Sovereign Indian Nations (TASIN) issued a press release coming out against the operator initiative. Predictably, they also oppose the sports wagering initiative backed by cardroom interests.
