Hell’s Kitchen Opens Tonight at Harrah’s Southern California

World-renowned chef, restauranteur and TV star Gordon Ramsay is opening the third location of his famous restaurant. Hell’s Kitchen opens Aug. 12 at Harrah’s Resort Southern California.

The 332-seat restaurant at the Southern California casino will be the first outside of Nevada, with the other two located at Caesars Palace Las Vegas and Harvey’s Lake Tahoe. A fourth location in Caesars Atlantic City is scheduled to open this summer.

‘Something for everyone’

Hell’s Kitchen General Manager Sarah Ertmann said the restaurant caters to all tastes.

“Whether you’re a devout epicurean, a wine enthusiast or simply a fan of the renowned show, this restaurant will offer something for everyone.”

The famous theme of Hell’s Kitchen will be on display, featuring a decor of red and blue flames. Popular dishes from the show, such as beef Wellington, pan-seared scallops and crispy skin salmon, will be highlights. There’s also a sticky toffee pudding for dessert.

Appetizers include lobster risotto, steak tartare and Wagyu meatballs, and guests can enjoy other entrees like a Mishima Reserve wagyu ribeye or braised short ribs.

Vegetarian and vegan fare also has its place on the menu, with options like a gold beet salad and truffle risotto. Those who don’t want to decide can also opt for the prix-fixe menu, complete with wine pairings.

Lastly, a full lineup of specialty cocktails is also offered, with HK-themed names like Meet Your Maker, Notes from Gordon and Smoke on the Blvd, served in a smoke box.

An honor to open a Gordon Ramsey restaurant

Bo Mazzetti, chairman of the Rincon Tribe, which owns Harrah’s Southern California, is excited to bring a Ramsey restaurant to the property.

Ramsay is a seven-time Michelin star chef with more than 30 restaurants worldwide, including fine dining and casual establishments.

Reservations being booked months in advance

Reservations have been open since mid-July and are already full through September, with weekend dates in October filling up quickly. At the time of writing, the earliest reservation available is Monday, Oct. 3, at 9 p.m.
