We tested the casino’s live chat service and found ourselves spinning in circles. Unfortunately, this option is largely AI-operated, which makes it difficult to get through to a real person.

To chat with a human, you will need to hit “Send us a message” and then “I need help with something else,” and finally “I want to speak to an agent.” Only then will you be able to write out a message and speak to the team, which aims to reply within 10 minutes. During quieter periods, we noticed that this wait time was reduced to around three minutes.
